Shine Chinese Community School (SCCS) is a non-profit community language school located in Castle Hill, Sydney. Funded by the Department of Education NSW, SCCS offers Mandarin Chinese language and Chinese culture learning programs aimed at fostering a love for Chinese language learning. With a qualified and enthusiastic teaching team, SCCS provides interactive and encouraging teaching methods tailored to students from diverse language and cultural backgrounds.
SCCS adopts a child-centered learning approach inspired by Montessori’s teaching philosophy, incorporating activities such as drama, storytelling, art and craft, educational games, music, and movement to motivate students to become enthusiastic, active, and independent learners of Mandarin.
