Welcome to Yoga on Harris! We are a small, intimate yoga studio located in Palmyra, Western Australia. Our classes cater to all levels of experience, including beginners, and we offer a variety of yoga styles such as Prenatal, Mums & Bubs, Kundalini, and Yin yoga. Our founder, Belinda, is a dedicated practitioner who completed her Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training in 2011 and has furthered her studies in India and Indonesia. At Yoga on Harris, we believe in creating a welcoming and nurturing environment for our students to explore the practice of yoga.
Our classes are taught by experienced instructors such as Chrissy, Jai Ram, and Belinda herself. Belinda leads the Yin Yoga classes every Wednesday at 6pm, providing a space for students to unwind and find balance in their practice. With a focus on mindfulness and holistic well-being, we aim to support our students on their yoga journey, whether they are looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, or simply connect with their inner selves.
