VincentCare Hume Community Hub is a comprehensive service provider offering health services, social support, and a range of amenities to support the most disadvantaged individuals in the community. With a focus on care, hope, and advocacy, VincentCare provides refuge accommodation, information on future housing options, and a welcoming environment that includes a cafe, free wifi, showers, laundry facilities, and storage solutions. Since its establishment in 2003 as an extension of the St Vincent de Paul Society’s Christian mission, VincentCare has been dedicated to supporting and advocating for marginalized Victorians, with a particular emphasis on addressing homelessness and empowering individuals towards stable accommodation and independent living.

VincentCare’s subsidiary, VincentCare Community Housing, operates as a Registered Housing Provider managing various properties and tenancies, including Transitional Housing Properties on behalf of the Director of Housing. With a history of supporting individuals experiencing homelessness dating back to the 1950s, VincentCare continues to evolve its services based on client consultation, evidence-based practices, and a deep understanding of global trends and societal challenges.
