UMF Academy (United Martial Arts & Fitness) is a Townsville based martial arts academy founded in 2005 by Pablo Cardenas. Starting with just 30 students, UMF has grown to become one of the top Martial Arts Academies in North Queensland with over 160 students. The academy offers 11 different programs for all ages and fitness levels, focusing on discipline, self-control, and respect. UMF prides itself on its supportive and encouraging environment, ensuring that students feel safe and empowered during their training.
