Shine Bright St Margaret’s Kindergarten, part of the Shine Bright EYM organization, is a not-for-profit community-based kindergarten located in Mildura, Victoria. The educational team, led by Nominated Supervisor Tennille and Educational Leader Tennille, is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive atmosphere where children are encouraged to explore, problem-solve, and collaborate.
Founded in the 1980s as the Bendigo and District Kindergarten Parents Association, Shine Bright EYM now manages 40 kindergartens across Central and Northern Victoria. The organization’s history reflects a commitment to serving the needs of children and families, with a transition to paid staff members in 2004 and a renaming to Shine Bright EYM in 2018. The Board of Management Directors, comprised of community members with diverse skills, oversees Shine Bright EYM’s operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s core values and mission.
