The commitment to reconciliation is a core value at Primary Care Connect, as they actively engage the community in initiatives such as a Colouring Competition and encouraging individuals to write commitment statements for reconciliation. They have been recognized by the Diversity Council of Australia as an Inclusive Employer for 2023, showcasing their dedication to fostering a supportive and empowering environment for all community members.
