PCYC South Sydney, part of the Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW, is a registered charity dedicated to empowering young people to reach their full potential through partnerships with the police and local communities. With a mission to engage and positively influence over 70,000 youth members through a variety of quality activities and programs, PCYC South Sydney provides a safe, fun, and friendly environment across its 66 clubs in the state. The organization focuses on mainstream sports, recreation, education, leadership, and cultural programs to support at-risk youth and break the cycle of disadvantage through crime prevention and vocational education.

The organization boasts a team of seasoned leaders with extensive experience in various sectors, including business, finance, human resources, and program design.
