PCYC South Sydney, part of the Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW, is a registered charity dedicated to empowering young people to reach their full potential through partnerships with the police and local communities. With a mission to engage and positively influence over 70,000 youth members through a variety of quality activities and programs, PCYC South Sydney provides a safe, fun, and friendly environment across its 66 clubs in the state. The organization focuses on mainstream sports, recreation, education, leadership, and cultural programs to support at-risk youth and break the cycle of disadvantage through crime prevention and vocational education.
PCYC South Sydney is proud to have distinguished patrons such as Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, and her husband, Dennis Wilson. The organization boasts a team of seasoned leaders with extensive experience in various sectors, including business, finance, human resources, and program design. Through evidence-based programs tailored to meet the individual needs of young people and their communities, PCYC South Sydney aims to change the life outcomes of over 7500 youth annually, focusing on youth capacity building, social responsibility, and community engagement.
