Montessori Works was established in 1991 by a small group of parents who sought high-quality education for their children. As pioneers in advocating for a Montessori philosophy in long day care settings, we cater to children from birth to six years old. Our objective is to foster independence, self-confidence, and inner security through a carefully crafted environment that supports individualized learning at each child’s pace.
At Montessori Works, we believe in providing a holistic curriculum that encompasses music, culture, art, academics, physical activities, and practical skills, all while embedding sustainability principles. Our multi-aged groupings of 0-3 and 3-6 (2-5) allow children to engage in activities that cater to their interests and developmental stages. We emphasize the importance of instilling values such as consideration for others and guiding children’s behavior through positive reinforcement.
Communication with parents is highly valued at Montessori Works, with a focus on including families in all aspects of our program. From weekly newsletters to daily updates on their child’s progress, parents are encouraged to actively participate in their child’s learning journey. Through various events and open days, we aim to create an inclusive community where families can engage with their children and be part of a peaceful learning environment that promotes virtues and respect for diversity.
