Over the years, the business expanded its operations to cater events and festivals along the mid-north coast of New South Wales, garnering a loyal following and sparking demand for a permanent restaurant location. In response to customer enthusiasm, Mana Chita opened its doors in the Coffs Harbour CBD before relocating to the bustling Jetty Strip on Harbour Drive in June 2019, where it continues to thrive.
