Liberty Domestic & Family Violence Specialist Services is a registered not-for-profit organization based in the Port Macquarie Hastings region, providing specialist support and housing services since 1980. Originally known as the Hastings Women and Children’s Refuge Inc., the organization has expanded its services to support women and families affected by domestic and family violence and homelessness. Liberty takes a whole-of-family and whole-of-community approach, focusing on keeping women and children safe through various stages of their journey towards safety.
