Kannella Physical Culture Club, formerly known as Cavanbah Physical Culture Club, has been a cornerstone of the Coffs Harbour community since its establishment in 1972. Led by head teacher Ann Fletcher, the club offers a welcoming and inclusive environment for girls and ladies of all ages to participate in the unique competitive team and individual sport of physie. With a focus on improving coordination, posture, flexibility, and core strength, Kannella Physie not only promotes physical well-being but also helps build confidence and lasting friendships among its members.
At Kannella, the emphasis is on nurturing inner beauty and confidence, believing that true radiance comes from within. The club’s philosophy centers around mentoring and encouraging members to be their authentic selves, fostering a sense of empowerment and self-assurance.
