Welcome to Elemental, an all-inclusive training facility that focuses on safe training practices with injury prevention and longevity in mind as you progress with your aerial training. Our tall aerial studio (almost 9 meters!) offers Aerial Silks, Hoop, and Static Trapeze for students of all levels, from those who have never experienced aerials before right up to advanced performers. We also offer ground-based training in strength, flexibility and functional movement designed to help you get the most out of your aerial classes.
Onsite we have a Wellness Studio with therapists who specialize in recovery, injury management and prevention, and performance and progression plans. We have everything in one location so you can be in your element!
