Dayton Community Centre is a versatile venue offering a function hall, meeting room, and activity room, making it an ideal space for community gatherings and children’s birthday parties. The shared kitchen facilities equipped with essential appliances like a fridge, urn, sink, warming oven, and microwave cater to the needs of both the function room and activity room users. With a capacity to accommodate up to 140 people in the function room, 50 people in the meeting room, and 60 people in the activity room, the center provides ample space for various events and activities.

The center’s commitment to inclusivity and community engagement is evident in its collaboration with local Indigenous artists, as showcased through the Aboriginal artwork by Norlap Creative in partnership with Nerolie Bynder. Dayton Community Centre acknowledges and respects the Traditional Custodians of the region, the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation, and their enduring connection to the land, waters, and community. This cultural awareness and appreciation are woven into the fabric of the center’s operations, reflecting a deep-rooted respect for heritage and diversity.
