Accessible Diversity Services Initiative Limited (ADSI) is a community-based, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting multiculturalism, access, equity, and social justice in Australia. Established to cater to special needs groups such as refugees, women, youth, children, families, the elderly, the unemployed, the homeless, and people with disabilities, ADSI is committed to developing strategies that benefit all Australians. The organization provides a range of services including personal care, domestic assistance, clinical care, social support, and home-related maintenance/modifications, all based on Consumer Directed Care (CDC) principles.
As an approved provider by the Department of Health and the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), ADSI offers support services to clients living at home, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to lead fulfilling lives. With a focus on involving clients in the service design and delivery processes, ADSI aims to empower individuals with approved and/or allocated packages to make informed decisions about their care. Additionally, ADSI delivers NDIS services for clients with severe, persistent, and episodic disabilities, adhering to the price limits outlined in the NDIS Support Catalogue for all its services.
Committed to inclusivity and non-discrimination, ADSI strives to address the needs of vulnerable populations, including refugees, migrants, and individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. By providing relief from financial hardship, distress, disability, and disadvantage, ADSI works towards creating a more equitable and supportive environment for those in Central and Western Sydney. With a philosophy rooted in social justice and accessibility, ADSI continues to make a positive impact on the lives of those it serves.
