Established in 1948, Growing Potential is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to serving the community for over 70 years. Originally known as Blacktown Community Kindergarten, the organisation has evolved to operate six childcare centres in the Blacktown LGA. With a focus on nurturing relationships with families and the community, Growing Potential has a proud history of unlocking the full potential of children, families, and communities.
With a strong track record of working with families and children to help them thrive, Growing Potential offers a range of services including support for children with developmental delays, free parenting programs, and professional development courses for childcare educators. The organisation is committed to creating a child-safe environment and empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through culturally sensitive services run by Indigenous peoples.
As Growing Potential continues to expand across New South Wales, they remain dedicated to their mission of growing the potential of children to create a better future for themselves and their communities. Through collaboration and a focus on community engagement, Growing Potential strives to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families across Australia.
