Founded by director Jon, Collective Growth was born out of a vision to not only support individuals but also the community surrounding them. With a background in Child Development Services and Mental Health Services, the clinic recognizes the importance of holistic care and collaboration with families, schools, and healthcare professionals. As the NDIS and COVID-19 highlighted the need for greater community support, Collective Growth emerged as a dynamic and evolving allied health service committed to fostering growth and creating brighter futures for the youth in Central Queensland.
Through therapy sessions, group programs, and free online resources, Collective Growth aims to provide comprehensive clinical services to the local area. The clinic’s philosophy revolves around the idea of growing families, growing the community, and growing together. By focusing on collaboration, empowerment, and skill-building, Collective Growth strives to make a positive impact on the next generation, inviting individuals to join in their mission of supporting children and youth on their journey towards growth and thriving.
