Internationally recognized pioneer of women’s boxing, Mischa Merz, is a former Australian national boxing champion and US Golden Gloves masters champion. She has been at the forefront of the growing international women’s boxing scene for more than 15 years and knows the sport inside out. Mischa is an accredited boxing coach with a Certificate III and IV in Fitness. With women’s boxing such a hit at the 2012 London Olympics, now is the time to learn what it’s all about and get fit in the process.
Boxing Central offers a range of services including boxing fitness classes suitable for all levels, sparring and competition boxing for those looking to take their skills to the next level, sessions for kids aged 10-14 years, one-on-one personal training tailored to individual requirements, and the opportunity to host film and photo shoots at the gym.
