Chief Winemaker Alister Timms focuses on regionality, with fruit sourced and hand-harvested from vineyards in the Macedon Ranges, Werribee, and Geelong, each contributing distinct characteristics and top-quality grapes.
Shadowfax Winery’s contemporary design by award-winning architects Wood Marsh reflects a harmony with its natural surroundings. The rusted sheet metal exterior and terracotta interior pay homage to Australian wine heritage.
