In 2022, Factory Espresso embarked on a new coffee roasting journey with the arrival of a Loring roaster from the USA. This marked a significant milestone as Jatin, one of the co-founders, leveraged his successful roasting experience in Sydney to introduce specialty coffee roasted on the state-of-the-art Loring Roaster. The commitment to quality extends beyond coffee, as the business actively seeks to minimize its environmental impact by using innovative roasting technology that reduces gas consumption and supports sustainable practices in the coffee industry.
