Richmond Neighbourhood Centre (RNC) is a vibrant community hub that provides spaces and opportunities for people to connect, contribute, and communicate. Formerly known as Richmond Community Learning Centre, RNC has rebranded with a new name, logo, and web address to better reflect its mission. Embracing a community development approach, RNC works closely with local residents to offer a diverse range of inclusive programs, activities, and events aimed at creating a stronger and more vibrant community.
At RNC, community members are encouraged to engage with one another through various events and initiatives.
