The Ballarat Tech School is a center of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) excellence that engages students from partner schools in a high-tech learning environment. Students can participate in programs like Girls in STEM, which offer fun, engaging, and immersive activities to foster interest and involvement in STEM fields.

Teachers are encouraged to book student programs, inquire about professional learning, or access the school’s facilities, technology, and expertise. Its state-of-the-art facilities support community events and programs that inform, connect, and inspire individuals to embrace and shape the future.
As a Victorian State Government initiative, the Ballarat Tech School is designed to provide flexible access to the latest STEM learning and emerging technologies for students from all local secondary schools, including Victorian Government, Catholic, and Independent schools. Currently serving 20 partner schools in the Ballarat region, the school is committed to acknowledging and respecting the Traditional Owners of the land and waters where its campus is located, the Wadawurrung People, as well as all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander First Nations Peoples.
