Their learning communities are designed to offer flexible teaching and learning experiences for Year 7 to Year 10 students.

WCB has strong educational partnerships with associate primary schools in the White Hills cluster, local Bendigo year 7 to 10 colleges, and Bendigo Senior Secondary College. Other partners include Bendigo Harriers, the Bendigo Umpires Association, and the Bendigo & District Cricket Association as part of their Building Stronger Links Program. Additionally, partnerships with LaTrobe University, Bendigo Tech School, and Bendigo Northern District Community Enterprise further enhance the educational experience at WCB.
