Team Adrenalin is a premier gymnastics center that caters to the individual needs of children, starting from as young as 10 months old. With a focus on enhancing social skills and physical strength, children aged 5-16 can participate in recreational classes that emphasize proper coaching techniques, structured lessons, and specialized skill development in a vibrant setting. The facility offers a range of gymnastics apparatus, including trampolines and tumbling, along with competitive acrobatics and performance teams.
Founded in 2012, Team Adrenalin is led by Directors Melissa and Steve, who bring a wealth of experience in gymnastics, dance, and Taekwondo to the club. Melissa, a former Australian Junior National Champion in Women’s Gymnastics, oversees elite performance squads and international sports acrobatic classes. Steve, an Elite Male Gymnast and Master Trainer in fitness, manages elite and competitive athletes, with a focus on achieving top results at national and international competitions.
The coaching team at Team Adrenalin is dedicated to providing elite training under the guidance of expert professionals. With a track record of success at prestigious events like the World Cup in the USA and the Vegas Acro Cup, Team Adrenalin has established itself as a leading force in the gymnastics community.
