Through fair and supportive competition, the Eisteddfod aims to unlock the potential of every student and promote the eisteddfod movement locally, nationally, and internationally.

At Cairns and District Junior Eisteddfod, the philosophy revolves around providing a nurturing environment for young performers to grow and excel in the performing arts. The organization’s mission is to inspire students to embrace the arts, improve their artistic and literary skills, and gain valuable experience through public performances.
