Camden Park Child Care Centre provides a nurturing environment where dedicated and qualified educators lead children on a daily journey of discovery in four dedicated learning rooms tailored to each stage of development. From caring for babies and toddlers up to 2 years old in the Dolphin room to providing a preschool program for 4-5 year olds in the Gecko room, the centre offers a supportive and caring space for children to explore and learn.
Established in 1989 to meet the need for quality childcare, Camden Park Child Care Centre has evolved to accommodate up to 68 children per day. The centre’s philosophy focuses on creating a sense of belonging, recognizing the importance of the present moment, and fostering the learning and development experiences that shape children’s identities. With a multicultural staff team and a range of extracurricular activities, including exploring different cultures and promoting sustainability, the centre is committed to providing a holistic approach to early childhood education.
Committed to delivering a play-based curriculum that encourages curiosity, creativity, and cooperation, Camden Park Child Care Centre values its experienced staff and offers above award wages, additional leave, and ongoing professional development opportunities. As a not-for-profit operation owned by the Department for Education, the centre’s management committee, educators, and staff work together to ensure quality education and inclusive practices for all children. With a focus on building a strong community spirit and engaging families in various activities, the centre strives to give children the best start in their lifelong learning journey.
