Gymnastics Victoria is the Victorian Government recognized peak organization for gymnastics in Victoria, offering a wide range of Gymsports including Men’s Artistic, Women’s Artistic, Rhythmic, Aerobic, Acrobatic, Trampoline, and Gymnastics for All. With a vision of delivering gymnastics for all Victorians, Gymnastics Victoria is an inclusive organization affiliated with Gymnastics Australia and the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG). They provide gymnastics pathways from fundamental movement programs to Olympic Games and World Championships, catering to over 62,000 members linked to 127 clubs and over 400,000 broader participants.
Recently, Gymnastics Victoria announced the 2024 State Teams for Men’s Artistic, Rhythmic, Trampoline, and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, showcasing their commitment to excellence in the sport. The organization also introduced Version 3 of the 2024 Gymstar Manual, a comprehensive guide to skill development and competitions, reflecting their dedication to continuous improvement and responding to feedback from their community. With a history of growth and success, Gymnastics Victoria is a proud member of VicSport, the Victorian Olympic Council, and the Victorian Commonwealth Games Association.
As a leader in the gymnastics community, Gymnastics Victoria hosted the 2024 North East Regional Coach Conference, demonstrating their commitment to supporting coaches and administration staff in the industry. With the appointment of new Directors and a new Chair and Deputy Chair, the organization continues to evolve and strengthen its leadership team.
